Panettone Bread Pudding

Panettone was a favorite holiday treat in Tony's family, and this week we're featuring an easy and delicious recipe with this Italian sweet bread as the main ingredient. We hope you enjoy this recipe at home, and would love to hear from you!

Ingredients:
7 large eggs
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3/4 lbs Panettone, cut into cubes

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 300' F. Combine the eggs, cream, milk, honey, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a large bowl and whisk until fully incorporated. Add the Panettone cubes and mix together. Cover with a damp towel and let the mixture soak for 30 minutes. Bake at 300' F for one hour in a water bath.

To Store: Wrap tightly with plastic wrap or place in an airtight container for up to 5 to 7 days.
